Life-Changing Homework
As part of the membership class at our new church, we have weekly listening assignments. This week's CD was John Piper preaching on the Supremacy of God. It was the most incredible bible teaching I have ever heard in my life! I can't mail everyone the CD, but I can direct you to his website, where you can hear the same message. I can't tell you how life-changing this message is! The implications for how you worship, parent, evangelize, pray, etc. are staggering. Please take the time; you won't regret it. Go to www.desiringgod.org and type "passion 97" in the search bar. Piper's messages entitled "Passion for the Supremacy of God" Parts 1 and 2 are both there. Beware - this is powerful stuff!
