Lancaster Bible College presented the World Premier of Mendelssohn's Elijah in Spanish this past weekend. Among the soloists were Derek Bigley (boy soprano - probably for the last time because he turns 13 next month), Rob Bigley (baritone), and LBC faculty member Deb Valentin (soprano - she's on Kendra's left in the picture above). It was a great success!

I didn't know Derek was a singer, though I guess I should have figured it out coming from the fparens he comes from! That is great thatyou all can perform together. At this point, I am lucky if I can get a good duet of twinkle twinkle little star going...and that doesn't happen often! ":0)
